Ensure you're logged in to your Heale.io account using your credentials.
Access Your Policy Details
Click on the Documents located on the left side of your screen and scroll down to Table of Benefits
Review Your Policy PDF
Open your Table of Benefits PDF document to find detailed information on how much you need to pay for doctor visits, including the Co-payment and deductibles applicable to your plan
Check for Network Clinics and Hospitals
Your insurance policie offers a network of clinics and hospitals where billing is handled directly with the insurance provider. If you visit a hospital or clinic outside of your network, ensure the payment you make is eligible for reimbursement.
